Logistics & Warehouse Associate (Part-Time)

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a dependable and organized Logistics & Warehouse Associate to support our growing marine parts and surplus e-commerce operation. This position is responsible for receiving inventory, assisting with shipping operations, organizing warehouse inventory, and supporting daily logistics activities. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working in a warehouse environment, able to lift and move inventory safely, and takes pride in maintaining an organized workspace. Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory management, or warehouse operations is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person. This position offers the opportunity to grow with the company, with potential for full-time employment within one year based on performance and business needs.

Monday:

8:30 AM•5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Tuesday:

8:30 AM•5:00 PM (30-minute lunch)

Wednesday:

8:30 AM•12:30 PM / 1:30

PM Thursday:

8:30 AM•12:30 PM / 1:30

PM Friday:

8:30 AM•12:30 PM / 1:30 PM Approximately 28-32 hours per week.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive incoming shipments and verify quantities and condition of merchandise Unpack, sort, and process incoming inventory Label and organize inventory within the warehouse Put away newly received inventory in designated storage locations Pull inventory for customer orders Package and prepare shipments using common carriers including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight carriers Assist with palletizing and preparing freight shipments Maintain accurate inventory locations and organization Perform inventory counts and cycle counts as needed Assist with warehouse cleanup and organization projects Work closely with the Shipping & Warehouse Management to maintain efficient workflow Follow company procedures for inventory handling and shipment preparation Assist with other warehouse and logistics tasks as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, logistics, or inventory experience preferred but not required Ability to lift up to 50 pounds safely Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Basic computer skills Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
