Job Description

Warehouse Associate - Picker/Packer (Temporary)
Schedule :
Monday to Friday 8 am to 4:30 pm
Responsibilities:
Stack cartons and products properly on pallets according to warehouse standards. Assist in loading and unloading deliveries, shipments, and materials. Organize warehouse stock in designated storage areas. Ensure cartons and pallets are arranged safely to prevent damage or accidents. Assist in transferring products within the warehouse as needed. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of warehouse areas. Help prepare shipments for dispatch. Follow safety procedures and proper lifting techniques at all times. Perform other warehouse-related duties assigned by the supervisor. Efficiently pack orders according to specified guidelines and standards. Oriented to details. Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and packaging to meet customer expectations. Able to use computer to process orders through the WMS (NetSuite) Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet production goals. Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a warehouse environment, with a focus on packing. Ability to work on your feet for extended periods. Capable of lifting and carrying items weighing up to 20lbs. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Willingness to follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasks as needed. Spanish speaker A+
