In this energetic role, you will be at the forefront of our production process, operating a variety of machinery and handling materials with precision and care. Your expertise will ensure that manufacturing operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.   • stamping presses, flexo presses to produce high-quality products.
Handle materials efficiently using forklifts and other hand tools to move raw materials, finished products, and packaging supplies within the warehouse. Perform routine inspections and quality checks utilizing precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to maintain strict quality standards. Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, machine settings, and quality control measures for traceability. Conduct basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance on machinery to minimize downtime and optimize performance. Requirements Proven experience operating manufacturing equipment such as stamping presses, or flexo presses in a manufacturing facility setting. Strong mechanical knowledge and experience preferred . Ability to use precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers accurately for quality assurance. Knowledge of safety procedures related to machine operation and materials handling; forklift certification is preferred. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality checks. Must have the ability to lift 50 lb. boxes. Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
