Position Overview:

The Warehouse Associate plays a role in daily warehouse operations by handling the picking, packing, and shipping of orders. This position supports the flow of inventory and ensures timely and accurate fulfillment while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. ________________________________________

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The primary duties of the position include, but are not limited to: Deliver products to business locations, ensuring accuracy and professionalism during each delivery stop Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure timely deliveries Receive payments from stores when required and handle funds responsibly Load, unload, and move boxes Accurately pick products to fulfill orders based on packing slips or system instructions Pack items securely and label packages for shipping Maintain a clean and organized work area All other duties as assigned ________________________________________

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent 1 year of experience in a Warehouse position Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must be at least 25 years of age to meet company vehicle insurance requirements and product handling policies Strong knowledge of road safety and traffic laws Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions Must be reliable and punctual ________________________________________

Preferred Qualifications:

Forklift certification or experience is a plus Prior delivery driving experience preferred ________________________________________

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull boxes and packages weighing up to 60 lbs multiple times throughout the day Frequent entering and exiting of a delivery van, including stepping up/down from elevated surfaces Regular bending at the waist, squatting, and reaching to load and unload products from shelving, carts, or vehicle interiors Prolonged periods of sitting while driving between delivery locations, with intermittent periods of physical exertion Exposure to varying temperatures and weather conditions, including heat, humidity, and rain during outdoor loading/unloading and store access Good hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness to safely operate vehicles and handle merchandise in tight spaces ________________________________________

Schedule:

Full-time, Monday to Friday Shift hours may vary Overtime as needed; weekends as needed This position is classified as non-exempt, meaning you are eligible for overtime pay in accordance with company policy and applicable law ________________________________________
