Monday•Friday, 6:00 AM•3:00 PM (Enjoy your afternoons off!)

Core Personnel is immediately hiring dependable Warehouse & Facility Associates to join a high-volume distribution center in Sebring, FL. This position is perfect for individuals who enjoy staying active, working with their hands, and seamlessly moving between indoor and outdoor tasks depending on daily operational needs. No experience is required—full on-the-job training is provided!
Key Responsibilities:
Material Handling:
Move, stack, sort, and organize inventory and industrial components across various areas of the facility.
Loading & Unloading:
Assist with loading and unloading inbound and outbound cargo trailers, distribution lines, and transport vehicles.
Visual Quality Checks:
Inspect incoming materials and components for safety and quality standards before they are processed or moved.
Facility Upkeep:
Maintain a clean, highly organized, and hazard-free workspace across both indoor and outdoor facility footprints.
Position Requirements:
Physical Stamina:
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and repetitively lift up to 50 lbs throughout an active 8-hour shift.
Environment Flexibility:
Comfortable working in a mixed environment that includes an indoor warehouse space and open-air facility areas under local Florida weather conditions.

A sharp 6:00 AM start time means excellent attendance and daily punctuality are absolute musts.
