Warehouse Material Handler Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Material Handler to join our team. This position is responsible for receiving, storing, moving, and distributing materials, tools, equipment, and products within the warehouse. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, organized, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments Receive, inspect, and verify materials against packing slips and purchase orders Move materials to designated storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, or hand trucks Pick, pack, and stage orders for delivery or shipment Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Operate warehouse equipment safely and report any mechanical issues Follow company policies and OSHA safety guidelines Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous warehouse or material handling experience preferred Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly throughout shift Basic math and inventory tracking skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Reliable attendance and punctuality Work Environment Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures Frequent standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout shift Fulltime position with potential overtime Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay (based on experience) Overtime opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Opportunities for advancement 401k Why Work Here?
