Position Highlights:

We are currently seeking a Warehouse Associate whose main responsibility will be to assist the receiving team by putting away new merchandise that has been entered into our inventory system. The Warehouse Associate will also be trained to assist with picking, packing, and shipping customer orders in a safe, accurate, and timely manner. Additionally, this individual may occasionally work with our kitting team to assemble packs and samplers, all while meeting productivity and quality expectations. Very easy freeway access to our temperature controlled warehouse, located right off I-95. ESSENTIAL POSITION FUNCTIONS

Assist the receiving team by accurately putting away and stocking new inventory in designated warehouse locations. Palletizing merchandise for bulk storage and handling. Operate material handling equipment such as carts, hand trucks, and pallet jacks in a safe and efficient manner. Read customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be picked, packed and taken to shipping area. Build sampler packs of our product according to SKU and count specifications. Organize and maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, workstations, and shipping supply area neat and orderly. Perform duties as outlined in the quality assurance guidelines to ensure compliance with procedures and regulations. Be a problem solver and have ability to suggest process improvements to Warehouse Management. Perform other duties as assigned; willingness to be cross trained in other functions as needed.

MINIMUM EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / REQUIREMENTS

Legally authorized to work in the United States HS Diploma or GED Must have strong attention to detail Consistent accuracy in work Ability to work in a fast paced environment Flexibility to work occasional weekend shift Occasional Sunday work (pre-scheduled), once every third weekend and only 4-5 hours (additional wages per state laws apply) Fluent in speaking and reading in English Must live within reasonable commuting distance to our site Punctual and history of consistent shift attendance

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS 1-2

years of prior warehouse experience including picking, packing experience Can work well under pressure Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Passion for extraordinary customer service

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORKING CONDITIONS

Work performed is in a warehouse setting Can perform tasks that include pushing / pulling / grasping / lifting (up to 50 lbs) / step stool climbing Able to walk and stand on concrete and uneven surfaces at least 8 hours per day Able to be trained to operate material handling equipment such as carts, hand trucks, pallet jacks, and forklifts Ability to work under bright lights and varying temperatures Ability to work some weekends (with notice) during our peak seasons If you are interested and available for this position, please email Steve at coach@seasideconsultancy.com
