Your contributions will directly impact our distribution throughput and operational excellence within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Execute accurate picking, packing, and labeling processes to ensure timely shipment delivery. Manage the loading and unloading of freight, optimizing space and safety during transit. Maintain high standards of inventory accuracy through systematic stocking and replenishment tasks. Operate Sit-Down Forklift equipment to transport heavy materials safely across the facility. Uphold strict workplace safety and EHS management protocols to foster a secure environment. Organize warehouse zones to streamline workflow and improve overall operational efficiency. Qualifications Required Skills Fluency in both English and Spanish to communicate effectively with a diverse team. Proven ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods. Strong commitment to punctuality, reliability, and consistent attendance. Demonstrated attention to detail when handling inventory and documentation. Preferred Skills Prior experience in shipping, receiving, or general material handling roles. Certification or hands-on experience operating industrial forklifts. Familiarity with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and warehouse safety standards. Experience utilizing warehouse management systems or handheld scanners.
