We are currently seeking a part-time or full-time Warehouse Associate to join us at our distribution center in Tampa, FL. Position Details:
The Warehouse Associate position is responsible for being a valuable member of the TFC warehouse team. This role involves efficient and accurate communication, shipping, and receiving activities, ensuring timely and precise handling of goods. The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Conduct shipping and receiving activities with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, ensuring the timely movement of products. Precisely label boxes and bags to maintain organized inventory management. Efficiently bag products, maintaining quality standards throughout the process. Operate a forklift with precision and adherence to safety protocols, ensuring a secure and efficient workflow. Follow established safety procedures to create a secure work environment for all team members. Qualifications:
REQUIRED PREFERRED
Experience No prior experience required 1+ years of prior warehouse work experience, or related position Education High school diploma/ GED Licenses/Certifications Forklift certification/license Additional Skills/Notes Collaborator, able to work effectively with others to achieve common goals Proficient in reading and writing in English Skilled in multitasking within a fast-paced environment Ability to use a computer to perform various job-related tasks Monday - Friday, 7am through 4pm
