Job Description

Warehouse Associate Location:
Tampa, FL Pay Rate:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Contract Type:
Temporary (6‑month duration)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00
PM Lunch:
30‑minute unpaid lunch
Overtime:
Expected daily based on workload Job Description The Warehouse Associate supports daily operations within a distribution center by pulling orders, putting away incoming materials, and maintaining overall warehouse cleanliness and organization. This role is hands‑on and requires physical stamina, accuracy, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment. Candidates must be comfortable performing repetitive manual tasks and contributing to a team‑oriented warehouse operation while maintaining safety standards. Must‑Haves Minimum 6 months of recent warehouse experience Ability to lift to 50 lbs Qualifications Background in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory (preferred) Ability to quickly learn product knowledge Forklift operator experience is a plus (not required) Ability to bend, twist, lift, and stand for a full 8+ hour shift Responsibilities Pull and prepare orders for shipment Put away materials into designated warehouse locations Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials Perform general housekeeping to maintain cleanliness and organization Ensure a clean, organized, secure, and safe warehouse environment Job duties may align with roles such as:
Floater Pipe Yard Inside Associate Pipe Yard Outside Associate Receiving Associate Receiving Clerk Returns Associate Pay:
Up to $18.00 per hour
