Warehouse Associate Revival Parts, LLC Tampa, FL Job Details Full-time $18 - $19 an hour 7 hours ago Benefits Health insurance 401(k) Paid time off Qualifications Packing Attention to detail Organizational skills Materials handling Shipping documentation Full Job Description Overview The Warehouse Operations Associate is responsible for supporting and executing daily warehouse functions to ensure operational efficiency, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction. This role is critical in maintaining organized warehouse operations through receiving, inventory management, kit assembly, shipping coordination, replacement part processing, and general facility maintenance. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment while adhering to company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assemble and prepare product kits in accordance with company standards, work instructions, and customer specifications Accurately pull, verify, stage, and prepare orders for shipment within established timelines Package products and materials securely to ensure safe transportation and minimize shipping damage Receive inbound shipments and inspect products for accuracy, quality, shortages, damages, or discrepancies against purchase orders and packing documentation Process and coordinate replacement part shipments related to damaged, defective, warranty, incorrect, or missing items in a timely and professional manner Maintain accurate inventory organization and assist with inventory control processes including stock replenishment, cycle counts, and inventory audits Label, sort, stock, and organize inventory within designated warehouse locations to support operational efficiency and inventory accuracy Load, unload, move, and stage products and materials safely using approved warehouse equipment and procedures Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant warehouse environment through routine housekeeping and adherence to operational standards Assist in identifying and resolving shipping, receiving, inventory, and fulfillment discrepancies while communicating issues appropriately to management and related departments Prepare and verify shipping documentation, labels, and outbound shipments to ensure compliance with company and carrier requirements Support continuous operational improvement initiatives by maintaining productivity, accuracy, and workflow efficiency Collaborate effectively with warehouse personnel, customer service, purchasing, and management teams to support business operations and customer satisfaction Operate warehouse equipment and tools safely and in compliance with company safety policies and training requirements Adhere to all company policies, operational procedures, quality standards, and workplace safety regulations Perform additional warehouse operations duties, special projects, and responsibilities as assigned to support overall business objectives Qualifications Strong organizational skills High level of attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with inventory or warehouse management systems preferred Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the workday Ability to safely lift and move materials within company-established weight guidelines Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures, noise levels, and operational conditions
Pay:
$18.00 - $19.00 per hour
