Job Description

Warehouse Associate Location:
Tampa, FL Pay Rate:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Contract Type:
Temporary (6‑month duration)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00
PM Lunch:
30‑minute unpaid lunch
Overtime:
Expected daily based on workload Job Overview The Warehouse Associate supports daily operations in a distribution center by pulling orders, putting away materials, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace . This is a hands‑on role in a fast‑paced environment requiring physical activity and attention to detail. Candidates must be reliable, safety‑focused, and capable of performing consistent warehouse tasks throughout the shift while meeting productivity expectations. Must‑Haves Minimum 6 months of recent warehouse experience Ability to lift to 50 lbs Qualifications Background in warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, delivery, and inventory (preferred) Ability to quickly learn product knowledge Forklift experience is a plus, but not required Ability to bend, twist, lift, and stand for a full 8+ hour shift Responsibilities Pull and prepare orders for shipment Put away materials received from the distribution center Receive, verify, stage, and stock incoming materials Perform general housekeeping and maintain workspace organization Ensure warehouse is clean, organized, secure, and safe at all times Additional Notes Job duties may align with roles such as:
Floater Pipe Yard Inside Associate Pipe Yard Outside Associate Receiving Associate Receiving Clerk Returns Associate Pay:
Up to $18.00 per hour
