Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated, prompt, and reliable Team member to join our team. This role combines warehouse responsibilities with , rigging, lifting, and driving duties, ensuring that products are efficiently loaded, transported, and delivered to our customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to safety and excellent customer service skills, as they will be the face of our company during deliveries. Duties Receive packages, accurately record vital information, label, arrange, and palletize goods to be delivered to customers Pick-up goods to be delivered to our customers Prepare shipments and assist with both landside and waterside deliveries as needed Assist with technology Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed to facilitate efficient operations. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety compliance. Assist in organizing the warehouse layout for optimal efficiency.
Requirements:
MUST be able to obtain a TWIC Card. Quick learner. Athletically agile and physically coordinated. Receives instruction and constructive feedback well. Rigging Skills (preferred). Boat Captains License (Preferred) Strong organizational skills. Willing to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed. Proven driving experience driving with a valid driver's license. Comfortable with backing trailers with accuracy. Familiarity with heavy lifting techniques (50 - 60 lbs) and safe moving practices. Forklift licensed and proficient. Tech savvy to help with technology issues (Preferred). Must be flexible to adapt to a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
