Full Job Description Job Overview:

Fabulous and Fancy Events is seeking a reliable and hardworking Event Operations Associate to support our team in all aspects of event execution. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, involving deliveries, event setup and breakdown, tent assembly, warehouse organization, and general support wherever needed. The ideal candidate is dependable, flexible, and takes pride in creating beautiful event experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Load, transport, and unload event rentals to and from venues Assist with event setup and breakdown (tables, chairs, décor, linens, tents, etc.) Assemble and disassemble tents and outdoor event structures Ensure all items are handled with care and set up to company standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse and inventory Assist with prepping rentals prior to events (cleaning, packing, staging) Follow delivery schedules and communicate effectively with team members Provide on-site support during events as needed Perform general labor tasks and support the team in daily operations

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred Ability to lift and carry heavy items (50+ lbs) Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Flexible schedule with availability for occasional weekends and late nights Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Work Environment:

This is a physically demanding, active role that involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, including extended periods in the heat and direct sun Requires standing, lifting, bending, and moving for long periods of time Preferred (but not required): Previous experience in events, logistics, warehouse, or delivery work Experience driving vans or box trucks Experience with tent installation or outdoor event setup
