E-Commerce/Warehouse Associate JADE Swim West Palm Beach, FL Job Details Part-time $18 - $20 an hour 4 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Maintaining an organized workspace Customer service Computer literacy English Forklift E-commerce Inventory reconciliation Attention to detail Shipping and receiving inventory management Desktop applications Warehouse experience Computer skills Materials handling Full Job Description Position Overview You will be responsible for packing and shipping customer orders, processing returns and exchanges, managing inventory accuracy, and assisting with day-to-day Shopify operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, efficient, proactive, and comfortable working with technology. Responsibilities Order Fulfillment Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently Ensure luxury-level packaging standards are maintained Print shipping labels and prepare shipments Monitor same-day shipping deadlines Resolve fulfillment issues and order discrepancies Returns & Exchanges Process customer returns and exchanges through Shopify and Loop Returns Inspect returned merchandise for quality and restocking eligibility Update inventory accurately after returns are processed Flag damaged or defective products Shopify Operations Manage daily orders within Shopify Update order statuses and tracking information Assist with exchanges, refunds, and order modifications Help maintain product inventory accuracy Identify and report inventory discrepancies Inventory Management Conduct routine inventory counts Organize stockroom and product storage Receive and process incoming inventory shipments Assist with seasonal inventory audits General Operations Support Maintain a clean, organized workspace Assist with sample shipments and influencer mailings Support photo shoots, sales events, and special projects as needed Provide operational support to the founder and team Qualifications Required Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable using computers and online software Reliable and punctual Ability to stand, walk, and lift packages throughout the day Positive attitude and strong work ethic Preferred Shopify experience Experience processing returns and exchanges Warehouse, fulfillment, retail, or e-commerce experience Experience with shipping platforms such as ShipStation Fashion or apparel industry experience
