Field:
Assist lead installers with residential garage door installations Load and unload garage doors, parts, and materials Maintain a clean and organized job site Learn installation techniques and safety procedures Communicate professionally with homeowners In the
Warehouse:
Receive and organize inventory deliveries Pull materials for upcoming jobs Assist with inventory counts and stock management Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization Help load company vehicles for daily routes What We're Looking For Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly throughout the day Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in Florida weather Ability to follow instructions and work well with a team Mechanical aptitude is a plus, but not required Construction, warehouse, delivery, or trade experience is helpful but not necessary What We Offer Full-time, steady work Paid training Supportive team environment Hands-on training in a skilled trade Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who: Shows up every day ready to work Takes direction well without becoming defensive Has a "whatever it takes" attitude Works safely and efficiently Wants to learn and grow with the company Can switch between warehouse responsibilities and field work as business needs change Schedule Monday -
