Production Operator (Manufacturing/Warehouse)

About the Role Our cosmetic manufacturing facility in West Palm Beach, FL, is seeking a responsible, reliable, and highly focused Sugar Paste Production Operator to join our production warehouse team. Reporting to the Production Manager, the ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, comfortable working in a manufacturing environment, and dedicated to maintaining high quality and safety standards. No previous experience with sugar paste is required; we provide full on-the-job training. What You'll Do (including but not limited to)

Production Operations:

Manufacture products according to exact quality and safety standards.

Equipment Monitoring:

Watch machinery performance closely and make adjustments to maintain efficiency.

Troubleshooting:

Assist the team in solving minor technical or mechanical production line issues.

Quality Control:

Implement and support strict quality control measures throughout the production cycle.

Inventory & Loading:

Safely load, unload, move, and organize warehouse materials and stock.

Documentation:

Keep accurate records of daily production data and inventory movements.

Workspace Safety:

Maintain a clean, organized, and debris-free production area, including daily trash removal.

Regulatory Compliance:

Enforce and strictly adhere to all company safety regulations.

Team Support:

Complete other production tasks as assigned by the Production Manager. Key KPIs (how your performance is measured)

Production Volume:

Meeting daily and weekly batch targets for sugar paste output.

Batch Accuracy:

Achieving 100% compliance with product formulas, recipes, and quality metrics.

Equipment Uptime:

Keeping machinery running efficiently through timely checks and basic adjustments.

Inventory Accuracy:

Ensuring all warehouse stock movements and production logs are recorded with zero errors.

Safety & Cleanliness:

Passing all workspace cleanliness audits and maintaining a zero-accident record.

Attendance:

Maintaining perfect punctuality and shifts completed on time during the introductory period and beyond.

We We Offer Compensation:

$20.00 per hour

Full-time:

35-40 hours per week

Over-time:

as needed
