Warehouse Associate

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support daily operations in a fast-paced distribution environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and shipping products while maintaining high standards of accuracy, safety, and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities:

Receive, unload, and place incoming inventory items appropriately. Process, package, and ship orders accurately and on time. Inspect products for defects and damages, report discrepancies. Organize warehouse space and maintain inventory control. Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies. Assist with labeling, relabeling, and preparing goods for Amazon and other shipping channels. Support inventory audits and reconcile physical counts with system records. Communicate effectively with warehouse managers and operations staff regarding order status and workflow priorities.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in warehouse operations or logistics preferred. Ability to lift and move heavy items safely. Familiarity with warehouse data systems and shipping platforms. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Strong organizational and teamwork skills. High school diploma or equivalent.

Forklift Certification Work Environment:

Standing, lifting, and moving throughout the shift. May require occasional overtime depending on operational needs.
