Bilingual Warehouse Production Worker (English/Spanish)

Thursday Hours:

7:45 AM - 8:00 PM This position is in a plastic manufacturing warehouse. Employees will be responsible for assembling, sorting, packaging, and producing plastic tubes in various sizes and shapes. Candidates should be dependable, able to work in a fast-paced production environment, and capable of standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks as needed. Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is preferred but not required. We are looking for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and reliable attendance.

Duties Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to efficiently load, unload, and transport goods within the warehouse Manage shipping and receiving activities by verifying shipments, inspecting goods, and updating inventory records using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 platforms Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment and stock replenishment Stock shelves and organize inventory using proper warehousing techniques, including pallet jack handling and stocking procedures Utilize order picker equipment to retrieve items for customer orders or internal needs while maintaining safety standards Assist with packaging products securely for shipment, adhering to quality standards and safety protocols Support warehouse distribution operations by coordinating with team members to load and unload trucks efficiently and safely Requirements Previous warehouse experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution environments preferred Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, MRPs (Material Requirements Planning systems), and RF scanners confidently Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures and order picking & packing processes Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or AS400 is a plus Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining safety standards Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift heavy items, and perform manual tasks throughout shifts Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels our success!
