This dual-role position splits time between assisting with day-to-day warehouse operations and executing local product deliveries to job sites and residential clients. Duties Driving & Delivery Duties Safely operate non-CDL company vehicles, such as box trucks, to deliver windows, doors, and building materials to local customers. Load and unload trucks securely at job sites, verify delivery paperwork, and obtain necessary customer signatures. Perform routine pre-trip vehicle inspections in compliance with DOT regulations. Warehouse Operations Assist with incoming inventory from vendors, cross-referencing items against purchase orders to check for shortages and damage. Stage, pick, and pack window and door orders accurately for scheduled deliveries or contractor pickups. Safely operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, to move heavy building materials. Support inventory management tasks, including routine cycle counts and physical stock organization. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with company safety policies and OSHA standards. Experience Education

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Experience
• Minimum of 1 year of warehouse material-handling or commercial driving experience is preferred but not required. Licensing
• Valid state driver's license with a clean driving record (no CDL required). Certifications
• Must pass a DOT physical examination to secure a Commercial Motor Vehicle Certification before or upon hire. Physical Stamina
• Must be able to lift, push, pull, and carry heavy products weighing up to 50 pounds unassisted, frequently throughout the day. Must be comfortable bending, squatting, reaching, and standing for extended periods. Skills
• Strong communication skills, basic computer literacy for inventory logging, and a proactive, safety-first mindset.
