Responsibilities:
Pick and stage products and materials using electric pallet jack. Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion. Daily, inspect assigned electric pallet jack. Operate electric pallet jack in a safe and efficient manner following prescribed work methods and OSHA standards. Efficiently stack and locate picked products to the appropriate areas. Pick and prepare products for shipment, ensuring the exact number and types of products are picked. Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage. Report quality variances. Keep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintained. Assist in physical inventories. Ensure proper stock rotation. Follow customer requirements and/or other instructions to ensure accuracy: load count, stability of product, and that all products are loaded and unloaded safely. Coordinate as necessary with all other departments/functions, especially Customer Service. Perform good housekeeping practices, clean as you go process. Conduct operations and equipment in a manner that promotes safety and report unsafe conditions that can't be self-corrected to the leadership team. Follow corporate and site-specific Good Manufacturing Practices and report noncompliance when observed. Observe all company safety rules and assist in enforcement as appropriate. Other duties as assigned.

Shift Compensation:
$18.50 hourly Includes comprehensive benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, PTO, sick time, and company holidays. High school diploma or general education degree (GED); three or more years of relatedexperience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must be able to successfully complete post-hire assessments.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g. OSHA, company, etc.).
  • Must be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.
g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies.
