In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently loading, unloading, and organizing freight within our distribution center. Ensuring smooth operations, timely shipments, and a safe working environment. Responsibilities Load and unload trucks using heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, and cranes, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick, pack, and process orders Assist with order picking activities, including picker tasks, to fulfill customer orders efficiently Operate pallet jacks and other heavy equipment for materials handling and transportation within the warehouse Maintain a clean and organized workspace by properly stacking pallets and managing shipping & receiving areas Follow OSHA safety standards and mechanical knowledge guidelines during all operations to prevent accidents or injuries Support warehouse supervisors in managing inventory levels, load & unload schedules, and shipping documentation Pay on a per truck basis(Income increase opportunities as well) Weekly Pay Requirements Proven experience in warehouse distribution or related logistics roles with a focus on order picker tasks Reliable Transportation Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, cranes, and pallet jacks Strong knowledge of materials handling procedures and warehouse safety regulations (OSHA compliance) Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners for inventory control Ability to perform heavy lifting (Up to 100 Pounds) safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Mechanical aptitude with basic understanding of construction or heavy equipment operation is a plus Previous warehouse supervisor experience is advantageous but not required Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
