What We're Looking For:
2+ years of experience in manufacturing or production High school diploma or GED Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial equipment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Willingness to work in a non-climate-controlled environment Forklift certification or experience is a plus (training available) Strong communication and teamwork skills What You'll Do as a
Material Handler:
Operate and monitor production equipment including grinders, glue applicators, finishing lines, and forklifts Perform equipment start-up, changeover, and shutdown procedures Load raw materials and inspect finished products to ensure quality Conduct minor mechanical adjustments and report issues promptly Accurately document production data, material usage, and downtime Follow all safety protocols, including PPE use and chemical handling Work collaboratively to meet daily production targets Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Contribute to continuous improvement efforts in quality, efficiency, and waste reduction MAU Workforce Solutions is an innovative global company with extensive experience providing solutions for success in staffing, recruiting, technology and outsourcing to our clients, employees, and applicants.
