The role requires strong attention to detail, consistent production output, and the ability to safely perform physical tasks, including frequent lifting of heavy fabric rolls. Responsibilities Cut and prepare fabric samples to fulfill daily online sample orders with accuracy and consistency. Cut fabric yardage orders according to customer specifications; this includes handling and lifting fabric rolls that may weigh up to 70 lbs, sometimes frequently depending on workflow. Perform shipping and receiving duties, including preparing outgoing shipments, unpacking incoming materials, checking deliveries, and organizing inventory. Assist with multiple warehouse tasks as needed, including restocking, packaging, inventory counts, organizing materials, and any additional duties assigned by management. Maintain an organized and efficient workstation, ensuring materials are properly labeled and stored. Meet production goals and quality standards set by management. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
