Body Shop Prep Technician We're currently looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Body Shop Prep Technician to join our team!

Position Overview:

As a Prep Technician, you'll play a key role in preparing vehicles for paint and refinishing. This position is essential to ensuring high-quality results and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Sand, mask, and prime vehicles for painting Clean and prepare surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesion Assist painters with setup and material handling Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow safety procedures and shop standards

Qualifications:

Previous auto body or prep experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate) Strong attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Team player with a positive attitude Reliable transportation and punctuality
