Job Description
- Only qualified Warehouse Operator candidates located near Covington, Georgia area to be considered due to the position requiring an onsite presence
- Education
- High School Diploma or equivalentRequired Experience
- 1+ year warehouse experience or related experience and/or training
- Experience working in material handling, logistics, warehouse operations, or manufacturing environments
- Experience operating in a metrics-driven environment
- Ability to work under general to limited supervision while following established procedures and quality guidelinesTechnical Skills
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and material handling processes
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment including conveyors, cranes, handcarts, and power trucks
- General computer skills
- Ability to read, write, interpret, and comprehend documents written in English
- Ability to perform basic math calculations
- Knowledge of standard operating procedures and quality guidelines
- Ability to maintain records and documentation as requiredSoft Skills

- Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, balance, climb, crouch, reach, pull, push, grasp, twist, and perform repetitive hand movements
- Ability to frequently use hands for handling, typing, fingering, and picking tasks
- Ability to lift and/or move over 50 lbs
- Ability to work near moving mechanical parts
- Ability to work in hot summer conditions with no air conditioning and cold winter conditions with limited heating
- Ability to work in moderate to loud noise environments
- Ability to occasionally work at heights and around fumes or airborne particles
- Ability to work in varying weather conditions and environments with vibration exposureResponsibilities
- Move materials, parts, assemblies, finished products, and goods throughout warehouse operations
- Utilize warehouse equipment to transport and handle materials safely and efficiently
- Maintain records and documentation as required
- Complete routine tasks using prescribed procedures and established methods
- Follow standard operating procedures and quality guidelines
- Apply basic operational knowledge and skills to daily warehouse activities
- Support warehouse processes while maintaining productivity and safety standards
- Adhere to all workplace safety requirements and operational procedures
