Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a General Laborer and become a vital part of our operational success! In this energetic role, you will perform a variety of manual tasks that support construction, maintenance, and production activities. Your proactive approach and strong work ethic will help ensure projects stay on track and safety standards are met. Paid positions are available, emphasizing the importance of your skills and dedication. Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, including clearing debris, organizing materials, and setting up work areas Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment efficiently and safely Support skilled tradespeople by handing tools, holding materials, or performing basic tasks as directed Maintain cleanliness and organization of work sites to promote safety and efficiency Follow safety protocols diligently to prevent accidents and ensure a secure working environment Operate basic equipment such as forklifts or hand tools when trained and certified Report any hazards or issues immediately to supervisors to uphold safety standards Experience Prior experience in general labor, construction, or manufacturing is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and willingness to learn Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, standing, and walking for extended periods Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety procedures and quality standards Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team Basic understanding of workplace safety regulations and practices is advantageous Join us in building a safe, productive environment where your effort makes a real difference!
