• What You Will Do:

• Caterpillar's Product Support and Logistics Division (PSLD) is seeking talented Warehouse Associates at our Griffin Warehouse located at 375 Green Valley Road, Griffin, GA 30224.
• Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
• + Operating heavy equipment including sit down forklifts, reach trucks, order pickers, and overhead hoists. Keep in mind,
• not all available positions operate equipment.
• + Perform material handling and warehousing functions such as unloading, sorting, putting away, picking, packing and shipping parts, materials and supplies.

+ Read work orders or follow oral instructions to ascertain materials or containers to be moved. + Load materials into vehicles and install strapping, bracing, or padding to prevent shifting or damage in transit. + Secure lifting attachments to materials and convey load to destination or signal crane or hoisting operators to move load to destination. + Count, weigh, and record number of units of materials moved or handled on daily production sheet. + Attach identifying tags or labels to materials or mark information on cases, bales, or other containers. + Clamp sections of portable conveyor together or place conveyor sections on blocks or boxes to facilitate movement of materials or products. + Lift heavy objects by hand or with power hoist, and clean work area, machines, and equipment to assist machine operators. + Operate industrial truck or electric hoist to assist in loading or moving materials and products. + Develop a culture that works to achieve and maintain an accident-free workplace. + Develop a culture that works to achieve and maintain ongoing housekeeping excellence. + Other duties as assigned by Caterpillar management from time-to-time.

• Previous experience working within a logistics/warehouse setting, preferably within a Caterpillar/manufacturing environment in 2024-2025 +

• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds individually

• + Starting wage is $19.89/hour (paid bi-weekly) for 1st & 3rd shifts. + Night shift premium of $2.00 per hour for 3rd shift. + Overtime opportunities paid at time and a half (some may be mandatory). + Medical, dental, vision and prescription benefits
