The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse by managing inventory, operating equipment, and maintaining a safe working environment. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Duties Receive and inspect incoming packages to ensure accuracy and quality. Utilize RF scanners to track inventory and manage stock levels effectively. Assist in inventory management by conducting regular counts and updating records as necessary. Operate cherry pickers and forklifts safely to move materials throughout the warehouse. Maintain compliance with OSHA regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Perform routine maintenance checks on heavy equipment to ensure optimal operation. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Requirements Previous experience in warehouse management or related field is preferred. Familiarity with inventory management systems. Ability to operate heavy equipment, including forklifts and cherry pickers. Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Physical ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 pounds) and stand for extended periods. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
