Responsibilities Safely operate equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move inventory throughout the warehouse Use RF scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to accurately track stock levels, process orders, and update inventory records Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment Stock shelves and organize products efficiently to optimize space and accessibility Assist in shipping and receiving activities by verifying shipments against documentation and inspecting incoming goods Load and unload trucks safely while adhering to safety protocols and handling materials with proper techniques Maintain a clean, organized workspace by following packaging standards and safety guidelines Skills Proven warehouse experience with familiarity in warehouse distribution processes Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and order pickers confidently (certification preferred) Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and AS400 or similar enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, order picking & packing, and inventory stocking methods Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and verifying quantities accurately Familiarity with e-commerce fulfillment processes including order picking and packaging for online orders Strong attention to detail combined with good organizational skills to ensure accuracy in all tasks This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their expertise in logistics while supporting a vibrant team dedicated to excellence.
