Warehouse Worker

West Hay Farm Holdings LLC is seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker to join our team in Kennesaw, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for receiving shipments, maintaining inventory, picking and packing orders, and ensuring order accuracy . This is a full-time position offering competitive pay and benefits. No prior warehouse experience is required, but it is preferred. Key Responsibilities Receive and process incoming stock and materials Pick and fill orders from stock accurately Pack and ship orders for delivery Load and unload trucks in an efficient manner Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Keep accurate inventory records using a computer or handheld scanner Follow all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Requirements Required:

High school diploma or equivalent Ability to regularly lift and move up to 50-75 pounds unassisted Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods Basic math and measurement skills Reliable transportation to our Kennesaw, GA location

Preferred:

Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics experience Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one Experience with RF scanners or warehouse management systems Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Pay:

$20.70 - $27.34 per hour
