Job Description

WAREHOUSE WORKER
Hanes Geo Components, a division of Leggett & Platt in Lawrenceville, GA is seeking a warehouse worker, that will be producing an erosion control product in a warehouse setting or operating a forklift to load customer orders or unload inventory. We will provide training. We require the candidate to be a team player. Forklift experience is an advantage but not required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have cooperative attitude necessary to work effectively with others. Good communication skills (verbal & written). Must be able to follow verbal & written work instructions. Be Safety Conscious. Sit-Down Forklift Order Pulling RF Scanner Shipping/Receiving Flatbed Trailer Loading/Unloading 53ft. Box Truck Loading/Unloading Inventory Control (Stocking, Accurate Product Counting, etc.) Facility Cleanliness Be Prompt And Prepared To Work (Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm) Customer Service (Will deal with customers frequently and will need to display patience and cooperation)
PRIMARY DUTIES
: The primary duties of the employee are (but are not limited to) the following: All employees have the responsibility to bring forth suggestions and participate in continuous improvement process and verify the implementation of solutions. Conform to all quality/safety/environmental requirements and procedures. Read and follow instructions on orders. Pull stock using proper equipment. Ability to lift 50-100 pounds.
