Position Overview The General Warehouse Associate supports daily warehouse operations by receiving inventory, fulfilling orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and preparing shipments. This position plays a vital role in ensuring products are received, stored, and delivered efficiently while maintaining a safe and organized warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and accurately store incoming inventory. Pick, pack, stage, and ship customer orders and inventory transfers. Use handheld scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory movement. Maintain accurate inventory records and proper product organization. Assist with cycle counts and inventory control activities. Keep warehouse, workstations, and common areas clean and organized. Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operating standards. Work collaboratively with warehouse team members and other departments. Maintain regular, reliable, and punctual attendance. Perform additional duties as assigned. Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the workday. Regularly lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 60 pounds. Ability to work in a warehouse environment that may not be climate controlled. Ability to communicate effectively and safely perform assigned job duties. Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED. Must be at least 18 years old. Valid, unrestricted driver's license. Authorization to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship. Preferred One or more years of warehouse experience. One or more years of forklift operating experience. Experience with warehouse inventory management systems and handheld scanners. Employment Conditions ROMABIO Paints, LLC is committed to maintaining a safe, professional, drug-free workplace.
