What You'll Do In this role, you'll be hands-on every day—repairing, rebuilding, and preparing pallets to meet customer specifications. You'll work both independently and alongside team members to keep production goals on track and ensure every pallet leaving our facility is built to last.

Key responsibilities include:

Follow repair instructions and pallet specifications with accuracy. Consistently meet or exceed daily production targets. Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, stacking, and moving pallets. Stand or walk for the majority of your shift. Regularly lift up to 50 lbs. on your own, and more with assistance. Stack 275+ pallets per day, 15-20 pallets high. Safely operate hand tools, pneumatic nail guns, and other equipment. Accurately assess and separate boards that can be reused from those that cannot. Keep tools, equipment, and work area clean and in safe working order. Mark repaired pallets with your assigned employee ID. What We're Looking For Experience in pallet repair or similar work is helpful but not required. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, physical environment. Strong attention to detail, quality, and safety. Dependable and team-oriented. Perks & Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance.
