Job Description
Position Overview We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Part-Time Shred Truck Route Assistant to support our driver on scheduled document destruction routes. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, working outdoors, and being part of a team. As the company grows, this role offers the potential for increased hours and expanded responsibilities. When not assisting on routes, the employee may help with warehouse operations and general facility tasks as needed. Responsibilities Assist the driver with daily shred truck routes Load and unload secure document containers from customer locations Provide professional and courteous service to customers Ensure confidential materials are handled securely and safely Assist with warehouse organization, inventory movement, and general housekeeping Follow all company safety procedures and policies Support other operational tasks as assigned Qualifications Must be able to lift and carry up to 100 pounds Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the day Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Strong work ethic and positive attitude Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Prior warehouse, delivery, moving, or labor experience is a plus but not required What We Offer Competitive starting pay of $15.00 per hour Consistent part-time schedule (2-3 days per week) Opportunity for additional hours and career growth Hands-on work in a supportive team environment Potential for increased responsibilities as experience and business needs grow Apply today if you're dependable, physically capable, and looking for an opportunity to grow with a local business.
