Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Truck Loader to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently loading trucks, ensuring that shipments are handled safely and accurately. Your energetic approach will help maintain smooth operations, support timely deliveries, and uphold our commitment to safety standards. Duties Safely load and unload trucks using various heavy equipment such as forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks, and cranes Perform order picking and pickers to ensure accurate shipment preparation Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory movements and shipping details Assist in shipping and receiving processes by verifying shipment contents and documentation Handle materials with care during heavy lifting, palletizing, and stacking to prevent damage or injury Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to OSHA safety standards at all times Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to coordinate loading schedules and optimize workflow efficiency Skills Proven experience in warehouse distribution, order picking, or shipping & receiving roles Strong mechanical knowledge of heavy equipment operation including forklifts, clamp trucks, crane operation, and pallet jacks Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations related to materials handling and heavy equipment use Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Construction or materials handling experience is a plus for understanding load stability and safety protocols Excellent communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team Join us as a Truck Loader and be part of a vibrant team dedicated to excellence in logistics!
