Job Description :

Currently, Randall Brothers is seeking to fill a Customer Loader position. The ideal candidate will locate products the customer purchased throughout the yard and/or warehouse and load those products onto their vehicles or trailers. This position also includes assisting with the unloading of trucks and restocking of incoming products to designated areas, while maintaining a clean work environment. We are seeking an individual that can work with others as a team. A quick learner who can think on their feet and resolve any issues that may arise with our customer-respect business mentality, serving as the voice and face of our company, and be an integral part to reinforcing our reputation for exceptional customer service.

Duties & Responsibilities :

Help customers load and unload material throughout the yard as they pull in Stock trim and materials as they come in from deliveries throughout the day Must be able to accurately check/verify loads against pick tickets or credit memos Must have good interpersonal skills to be able to communicate directly with customers Maintain a clean work environment Manual loading and unloading up to 80+ lbs. consistently Forklift certification a plus but not required Building material knowledge, a plus but not required Perform other duties as designated by supervisor

Requirements :

Must be able to work from 7am - 4 pm, Monday through Friday Obey all company policies and procedures Must be able to pass random drug tests and background checks Must attend ALL safety meetings Be reliable and have a good positive attitude Work in a fast-paced environment Building material knowledge, a plus but not required Must be able to work outdoors in any weather condition

High School Diploma or Equivalent Physical Demands :

Manual Loading and unloading up to 80+ lbs. consistently
