We take pride in maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and teamwork while supporting a wide range of shipping and warehouse operations. Position Summary We are seeking a dependable and motivated Loader to join our logistics team. In this role, you will assist with the movement, loading, unloading, and organization of freight and materials while helping ensure smooth day-to-day warehouse operations. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and can perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Primary Duties Load, unload, and move freight, inventory, and materials in a safe and efficient manner Arrange and organize products within warehouse and staging areas Secure shipments to help prevent damage during transportation Verify freight for accuracy, condition, and proper labeling Operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, dollies, and other material-handling equipment Assist with receiving, preparing, and dispatching shipments Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout work areas Follow company safety procedures and industry regulations at all times Work closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational objectives Requirements Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or loading experience is an asset Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 75 lbs on a regular basis Comfortable with physically demanding tasks including lifting, bending, walking, pushing, and pulling Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety Reliable attendance and ability to work well within a team environment Flexibility to work full-time hours and additional hours when needed What We Offer Full-time employment with long-term stability Competitive pay based on skills and experience Positive and collaborative workplace culture Opportunities for professional development and career growth Supportive management team and ongoing training opportunities
