Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Stocking and Restocking:
Efficiently organize, stock, and replenish inventory in designated storage locations.Loading and Unloading:
Manually load and unload materials from trucks, trailers, or pallets (when required). (Some inventory can weight from 50-80lbs) •Forklift Operation:
Operate forklifts safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload goods when required.Safety & Cleanliness:
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment by following safety procedures and company policies.Inventory Control:
Assist in inventory counts and report any discrepancies or damaged goods to the supervisor (Warehouse Manager or Store Manager)Order Fulfillment:
Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment or Store Transfers accurately and efficiently.General Support:
Perform other warehouse-related tasks as assigned by the management.Work Environment:
Frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting Exposure to varying warehouse temperatures and conditions Team-oriented and physically active work settingExperience:
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
- Ability to operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate order picking and packing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity goals
Pay Information:
- Paid Once a month on the 5th (Direct Deposit)
- Start $4000 Gross Pay
- Salary increase after 3 months, and 6 months based on performance Reviews.
