Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

• Position Overview
• PDS Tech Commercial is partnering with a leader in the finance technology industry to hire motivated Warehouse Associates / Production Generalists for a high-volume production environment.

In this role, you'll support critical operational workflows by helping ensure materials are processed, assembled, packaged, and delivered accurately and efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, value teamwork, and take pride in quality and productivity.

• Key Responsibilities
• + Sort, assemble, and package materials in a high-volume production environment + Follow established procedures and work instructions to ensure consistency and accuracy + Inspect materials and completed work for quality and completeness + Maintain productivity standards while meeting production deadlines + Accurately update systems and production documentation + Escalate production issues, discrepancies, or concerns to leadership as needed + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment + Support team operations and adapt to changing production priorities + Work independently while contributing to overall team success •Required Qualifications•+ Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality + Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment + Reliable attendance and strong work ethic + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions + Basic computer and data entry skills + Strong organizational and time management abilities + Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities + Ability to work independently and as part of a team •Preferred Qualifications•+ Previous warehouse, production, assembly, or manufacturing experience + Experience working in high-volume operational environments + Familiarity with quality control procedures and production processes •Why Join Us?

• Pay Details:

• $19.
