$18-$25 Based on industry related experience A Divine Event Design Studio, the in-house floral, décor, and event design team supporting Wedgewood Weddings venues, is hiring an Event Warehouse, Delivery & Installation Associate to help prepare, transport, install, and maintain the design inventory used for weddings and special events across our Atlanta-area venues. This is a hands-on, active role for someone who enjoys physical work, organization, problem-solving, and being part of a fast-paced event team. You will help ensure that every event order is pulled accurately, loaded safely, delivered on time, installed correctly, and returned in good condition. The ideal candidate is dependable, organized, detail-oriented, comfortable driving company vans, and able to work with urgency while still protecting inventory, equipment, and venue spaces. This role is a key part of bringing our event designs to life behind the scenes and on-site. Key Responsibilities Warehouse & Inventory Support Maintain, clean, organize, and care for design inventory, including décor, candles, linens, lighting, arches, furniture, vessels, stands, and event equipment. Pull event orders accurately according to designer instructions, production lists, timelines, and venue needs. Prep, pack, label, and stage event items for delivery and installation. Inspect inventory before and after events for cleanliness, damage, missing items, or repair needs. Return, clean, restock, and organize items after events. Help maintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient warehouse environment. Assist with inventory counts, supply organization, and basic tracking as needed. Delivery & Transportation Safely load and unload company vans with floral, décor, furniture, lighting, and event equipment. Drive company vehicles to and from Wedgewood Weddings venues and other event locations. Protect inventory during transport by loading items safely and securely. Follow delivery timelines and communicate any delays, issues, or concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness and basic care of company vehicles. Follow company safety standards while loading, unloading, driving, and working on-site. Event Installation & Setup Assist with on-site event setups at wedding venues, both indoors and outdoors. Install and place décor, furniture, arches, candles, lighting, linens, signage, and event equipment according to designer instructions and event diagrams. Support floral and design teams during ceremony, reception, and venue installations. Assist with lighting, draping, arches, ceremony structures, and décor placement as trained. Work efficiently while ensuring event spaces are clean, polished, accurate, and guest-ready. Troubleshoot setup needs calmly and communicate clearly with designers, managers, venue teams, and operations staff. Assist with breakdowns, returns, and post-event organization. What We're Looking For At least 1 year of experience in a warehouse, delivery, event, rental, trade show, moving, logistics, installation, or similar hands-on role preferred. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required. Must be comfortable driving company vans; no CDL required. Must meet company requirements for driving responsibilities. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull 40 lbs. or more regularly. Comfortable performing physical work for extended periods. Strong organization skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow pull sheets, checklists, diagrams, instructions, and timelines accurately. Basic math and computer skills. Clear communication skills and a team-first attitude. Ability to problem-solve, adapt quickly, and work with urgency. Comfortable working indoors, outdoors, and in changing event conditions. Comfortable using ladders up to 15 feet when properly trained. Professional, calm, and respectful when working at venues and around clients, guests, and vendor teams. Schedule Requirements This role requires weekday production and weekend event installation hours. As is typical in the wedding and hospitality industry, this position may require evening, weekend, and holiday availability. Some shifts may be longer than 8 hours depending on event needs.
