The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our distribution center, ensuring that products are accurately picked, packed, and shipped to meet customer demands. This position requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to perform heavy lifting as needed. Duties Operate warehouse management systems to track inventory and order fulfillment processes. Perform picking and packing of products with precision to ensure accuracy in orders. Assist in inventory control by conducting regular stock checks and maintaining organized storage areas. Fabricate packaging materials as necessary for various products. Safely operate forklift Participate in loading and unloading shipments, ensuring proper handling of goods. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse environment to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Unloading 3-4 Container monthly Will need to drive truck to deliver to job site Qualifications Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred but not required. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) consistently throughout the shift. Experience with heavy equipment operation is advantageous. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team. Flexibility to work various shifts as needed, including weekends or overtime when required.
