Warehouse Associate

MCOCOD specializes in high-quality Shower Room products, including shower doors and hardware. We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic distribution team. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and equipment operation. The ideal candidate will have prior warehouse experience, familiarity with heavy equipment, and a strong commitment to safety standards. Responsibilities Manage inventory levels using warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners to ensure accurate stock control. Operate heavy equipment such as forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers safely and efficiently. Assist in shipping and receiving processes, including loading and unloading trucks, verifying shipments, and preparing items for delivery. Perform order picking, packing, and fulfillment tasks to meet customer specifications and deadlines. Conduct stock replenishment and stocking activities to maintain optimal inventory levels. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards and company policies during all warehouse activities. Maintain a clean, organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency. Support warehouse supervision in daily operations, including materials handling and equipment maintenance as needed. Skills Proven experience with inventory management systems (such as AS400 or similar). Proficiency in operating warehouse machinery including forklifts, reach trucks, cranes, pallet jacks, and order pickers. Strong knowledge of warehouse distribution processes, shipping & receiving procedures, and order fulfillment. Mechanical aptitude with the ability to perform basic maintenance on heavy equipment. Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations related to warehouse operations. Ability to handle heavy lifting safely and efficiently. Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS), RF scanners, and other inventory control tools. Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues when necessary. Previous warehouse experience in manufacturing or construction environments is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping tasks. This Warehouse Associate role is vital for maintaining seamless distribution operations within our facility.
