Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Warehouse Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for unloading, stacking, sorting, palletizing, and shrink-wrapping boxes. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment..

Key Functions Unload Shipments:

Efficiently unload boxes from delivery trucks and containers.

Sort and Stack:

Organize and stack boxes in designated areas according to size, weight, and type.

Palletize:

Assemble and secure boxes on pallets for storage and shipment, ensuring stability and safety.

Shrink Wrap:

Use shrink wrap to secure pallets for transport, maintaining product integrity.

Inventory Management:

Assist with inventory control by tracking items and reporting discrepancies.

Maintain Cleanliness:

Keep the warehouse clean and organized, adhering to safety protocols and regulations.

Collaborate:

Work closely with team members to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required). Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is a plus. Ability to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) and work in a physically demanding environment. Basic understanding of warehouse operations and safety practices. Must be able to pass a drug test and background check. Must be dependable, punctual, and be able to follow instructions. Flexibility to work varying schedules, including weekends and holidays. Required to wear protective clothing and Personal Protective Equipment. Working Conditions Fastpaced warehouse environment; nonclimate controlled, exhaust, fumes, dust, loud noise, heavy moving equipment The ability to work in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold. Standing, lifting, bending, and moving for extended periods.
