Job Description

Join our team as a Dock Associate! This contract-to-hire role involves safely loading and unloading trucks, maintaining organization, and ensuring timely, error-free freight deliveries.
Shift :
11:30 AM - 8:30
PM Hours :
40/week
Pay :
$18.00/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Load and unload freight using appropriate equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency Use RF scanners for accurate package tracking Maintain organized, clean dock areas to prevent accidents Conduct daily safety inspections and follow all regulations Collaborate with team members to optimize freight operations Protect company assets and confidential information
Qualifications :
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Detail-oriented and organized Team player committed to safety and efficiency You should be proficient in: Shipping/Receiving Warehouse Experience Material Handler Experience Distribution Experience Loading and Unloading Vehicles Weighing Raw Materials Forklift Licensed Inventory Management & Control Packaging Experience Meets Physical Requirements Basic Computer Skills Machines & technologies you'll use: RF Scanner Sit-Down Forklift Reach Forklift Pacer (Stand-Up Counterbalance Forklift) Dock Stocker (Stand-Up Reach or Counterbalance Forklift) Electric Pallet Jack Pallet Jack Box Trucks Palletizer Forklifts
