Full Job Description Position Summary:
Preciball USA is seeking dependable and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate(s) with forklift and reach truck experience. This role is critical to ensuring accurate order fulfillment & safe warehouse operations. The ideal candidate has strong warehouse knowledge, operates equipment safely, and is comfortable using basic computer systems.
Work Schedule A:
Monday-Thursday•7:30am•6:00pm
Work Schedule B:
Monday-Thursday•7:30am•4:00 pm
Key Responsibilities:
Pull freight orders from storage racking and coordinate with Quality team as needed Accurately enter and process orders in our ERP system Safely operate forklift and reach truck in a warehouse environment Verify all orders are properly packed, labeled, and completed per instructions Perform daily cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory Pack, strap, and wrap orders for shipment Load outbound shipments for freight pick-up Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and dock areas Crosstrain to support multiple roles within the Fulfillment department Follow all PPE and safety requirements Complete additional tasks as needed to support operations
Qualifications:
Prior warehouse experience required Forklift and reach truck experience required Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to lift and move materials as needed Team-oriented with a strong work ethic What we offer: Competitive pay (based on experience) Stable, growth-oriented company Cross-training Benefits package
