Full Job Description Job Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of physical tasks to support daily operations. This role requires someone who can work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Shift:

Monday

• Friday 600 AM
• 230 AM OR 7:00 AM
• 3:30PM (Overtime as needed)

Key Responsibilities:

Assist with general site maintenance and upkeep, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and safe. Load and unload materials and products, as required. Operate basic hand tools, power tools, and machinery under supervision. Transport goods, equipment, and supplies to designated locations. Perform basic construction and assembly tasks as directed. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Assist team members and other departments as needed with various tasks. Perform general labor and cleanup duties, including sweeping, picking up debris, and ensuring a clean workspace. Other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in general labor or construction is preferred, but not required. Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Knowledge of safety practices and ability to operate equipment safely. Good communication skills. Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
