Ensure food safety, quality and legality. At times, may be required to lift up to 50 pounds Ensure product does not pile up Inspect meat for defects (bone, veins, skin, etc.) Assist in other departmental areas as needed Must be able to work flexible hours Must be able to rotate positions
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per day; free use of hands and free range of arm movement; ability to bend repeatedly at the waist for 8-10 hours per day; ability to safely walk to and in the plant; ability to properly wear personal protective equipment, and any other equipment necessary for certain departments
