In this role, you'll be the vital link between our warehouse operations and our valued customers. You'll deliver products efficiently, ensuring timely service while maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. Your hands-on work in the warehouse will support seamless logistics, from loading and unloading to inventory management. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine driving expertise with warehouse skills in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. Responsibilities Safely operate box trucks and commercial vehicles with manual transmission to deliver goods across designated routes. Load and unload shipments using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques to ensure proper handling of products. Execute route driving efficiently, adhering to schedules and traffic laws to maximize delivery accuracy and timeliness. Provide exceptional customer service by interacting professionally with clients during deliveries, addressing questions or concerns courteously. Assist with warehouse tasks such as organizing inventory, moving stock, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Verify shipment contents against delivery orders, ensuring accuracy before loading or after unloading. Maintain detailed logs of deliveries, pickups, and warehouse activities for record-keeping and reporting purposes. Requirements Proven experience as a delivery driver or courier with a strong focus on route driving and customer service. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks involving moving goods safely and efficiently. Familiarity with warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools; certification is a plus. Prior warehouse experience including load & unload procedures, inventory management, and safety protocols. Knowledge of traffic laws, safety regulations, and best practices for commercial driving. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation and route planning.
