Jenkins Plumbing Position Summary Jenkins Plumbing is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to support our residential new construction plumbing operations. This role is responsible for organizing, staging, and managing plumbing materials and equipment to ensure timely and accurate deliveries to job sites. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced construction environment while maintaining accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Receive, unload, and inspect plumbing materials and supplies Organize and maintain warehouse inventory for residential new construction projects Pull, stage, and load materials for daily job site deliveries Verify packing slips and ensure order accuracy Maintain accurate inventory counts and report shortages or discrepancies Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks) safely Keep warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Assist plumbers and field supervisors with material and supply requests Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed Follow all company safety procedures and OSHA guidelines Requirements Previous warehouse experience required Experience handling construction or plumbing materials preferred Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills Ability to lift, move, and handle materials throughout the day Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically active environment Basic communication skills and ability to work with field teams Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to learn) Valid driver's license preferred What We're Looking For Someone who is dependable and shows up ready to work Organized and able to keep materials and inventory in order Takes ownership of their role and keeps things running smoothly Works well with both warehouse and field teams Pays attention to detail and catches mistakes before they become problems Pay & Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Benefits available after 30 days Before you begin your application, please click 'Link' to take a short assessment (Link).
